Facing southeast from Teachers College, you can see the university's new Music Instruction Building, which opened in fall 2004. Behind the music building is the new McKinley Parking Structure.

In addition, in the lower part of the screen is Ball State's famous scramble light at the intersection of McKinley and Riverside avenues. During the change of classes in fall and spring semesters, this intersection is an extremely busy pedestrian crossing.
